Elisabeth Ladenson discusses Proust's vexed attitudes towards both Jewishness and antisemitism, particularly during the Dreyfus Affair, as well as the question of humor in Proust's work and its relation to Jewish humor.

This event is free and open to the public, but please note that registration does not guarantee a seat. We intentionally overbook our events, and seating is first come, first served. We recommend arriving early.
