Durant trois jours, le philosophe sénégalais Souleymane Bachir Diagne a reçu un hommage XXL à l’université de Columbia, à New York, où il termine sa carrière d’enseignant chercheur après plus de quinze ans sur le campus. Avec plus de trente intervenants de marque, dont, entre autres, les philosophes Philippe Gouët et Françoise Blum, mais aussi le Marocain Ali Benmakhlouf, l’évènement a permis de revenir sur l’impact interdisciplinaire du chercheur natif de Saint-Louis sur le milieu universitaire.
